4. Payment & Cancellations
   All services must be paid upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a scheduled service may be subject to a cancellation fee.

   We take great care in performing our services. However, we are not responsible for pre-existing damage or unforeseen outcomes resulting from normal exterior cleaning procedures.
